Essential Oils

To me, essential oils are a beautiful gateway to work with our emotional body, as well as true gifts from Nature - as in being pure essence of a plant, which have a tremendous power in working in synergy with our physical and subtle bodies. All of the following are some of my favorites from dōTERRA, which is the brand I trust for their ethos and because all of their oils go trhough the CPTG™ Certified Pure Tested Grade process, which includes a rigorous examination of every batch of oil, along with third-party testing to guarantee transparency. Plus they share their reports on sourcing, social impact and sustainability.

These are just a few of the ones I highly recommend to everyone. However, I absolutely love other oils such as Myrrh (one of the first I started to work deeply with, the oil of the Divine Mother), Ylang Ylang (oil of the Inner Child), Copaiba (oil of Unveiling) or Guaiacwood (oil of Self Discovery). I often work with these during longer Mentoring journeys, and we go over how to use and integrate them in your journey (and contraindications too).
